Now
I’m teaching an undergraduate course on Shakespeare this semester as well as a course on programming for students in the arts and humanities.
I’m also:
- Having a ball playing around with VCV Rack.
- Procrastinating on Muybridge II (the sequel to Muybridge I).
- Working through the proofs for my forthcoming book from University of Minnesota Press: On the Digital Humanities: Essays and Provocations.
- I have a grant going (from NEH) with Susan Wiesner, Brian Pytlik-Zillig, and others entitled, “Digital Notation Across the Movement-Based Arts.”
- Working on-and-off on a new book. It’s too early to say what it’s about, but I can tell you this: I spend a lot of type talking about whether tomatoes are fruits or vegetables.
- Kinda sorta revisiting the Nim programming language. I haven’t looked at it since before it hit 1.0. It is now at 1.6+ and let me tell you: It is amazing.
- Beginning the Μεγάλη Νηστεία.
